- This policy applies to any computing, DCE or DTE (data communications) equipment (hereinafter called LAN) located at my offices, owned by me or managed for others.
- I warn you not to tamper with the LAN because such tampering will render you subject to countermeasures that may interfere with your computer(s)/network as hereinafter described.
- This policy is in force due to the malicious behaviour carried out against the LAN by some irresponsible, nosey and destructive users!
- This policy statement relates to attacks such as but not limited to: Port Scanning, uploading malicious code, running malicious code, OOB, BO, worms, attachments.
- This LAN is under constant monitoring by advanced software that will automatically log your intrusion and begin countermeasures against you and the network you connect to. Such countermeasures include by stealth; locking up your processes/computer/network, zone transfers, relay checking, active probing, digging, DNS lookup, rDNS, tracert, ping, IP blocking and other's in order to identify and stop you.
- All such countermeasures are active and immediately and automatically implemented upon any incursion, attempts to issue OOB and other malicious commands are immediately nabbed and bounced back to you.
- Got a complaint? Hey, you started it. you've now been warned, you are now privileged which renders me indemnified: Don't moan if you hit my systems and the software reacts causing major damage!
- ISP's, I regret that I may have to submit your network to intrusive probing to identify your abusive users. I will transmit all security findings to you. This is now your users fault and you are exhorted to take it up with them.
