Sales and Tariffs

Transfer of any Intellectual Property rights will be subjected to a sales agreement based on mutually agreed tariff/tariffs between the author and the purchaser or purchasers. On transference of such intellectual property rights the author may relinquish ownership of such rights which may include disclosure, non-disclosure, publication, suppression, manipulation, re-sale or commercial exploitation of the intellectual property in question, unless otherwise stipulated in the sales agreement.
