"Legacy":
On Nantucket Island,Joe Hackett,owner and sole pilot
of Sandpiper Air,receives a letter from the executor of
his late father's will.The letter contains a package to
be opened only in the prescence of his brother,Brian,who
had run off with Joe's financee Carol six years ago,and
to whom Joe had not spoken to since.
"Around
the World in Eighty Years": Fay discovers that
a man who has been in the airport for several days is
only minutes away from completing a two-year flying trip
around the world.But due do to a promise he made to god
when his trip began,he believes he will die as soon as
he finishes his journey.
"Return
to Nantucket (1)": After an old friend drops
by the airport and tells Brian that Carol is flying from
Miami to London,Brian discovers that her flight is stopping
in Boston.Hoping to be rejoined with his ex-wife,Brian
leaves a message for Carol at the Boston terminal to meet
him at the top of the Prudential Building the night she
arrives in Boston.
"Return
to Nantucket (2)": At Brian's urging Carol returns
to Nantucket with him,But Brian's happiness is soon destroyed
when Joe reveals Carol made a pass at him.Both brothers
decide is no good for them,and the bizarre triangle finally
comes to an end.
"There
Once Was a Girl from Nantucket": To help his
brother's social life,Brian sets up Joe on a blind date.However,Joe's
date turns out to have a reputations an "easy girl",and
the date turns into a disaster.Eventaully Cindy decides
to leave Nantucket and start a new life in Boston.
"All
for One and Two for Helen": Joe,Brian and Helen
plan a trip to Boston to watch a Celtics game,but joe
is forced to cancel thanks to an airport committee meeting
concerning a nest of short-eared owls that Fay wants to
save from Roy's plans for a new hangar.
