Nutella Cr�pes (Pancakes)


Ingredients:

3 Eggs
� Cup of Flour
2 Cups of Milk
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
� tsp Salt
� tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Tbsp Gourmet (Caster) Sugar
Warmed Nutella


Instructions:


Blend or whisk together the eggs, flour and milk for about half a minute or less.

Add the salt, vanilla and sugar and blend or whisk again for a few seconds.

Allow the mixture to stand for about an hour (Note: It can be kept overnight in the refrigerator).

Heat a little extra butter in a frying pan* and ladle in about 2�3 Tbsp of the batter. Tilt the pan backwards and forwards, and side to side until the bottom is covered with a very thin layer.

Cook until the bottom is speckled brown, then turn or flip the cr�pe and do the same to the other side.


Serving:


The cr�pes can be put to one side until all are ready�this recipe makes about 8�10 decent-sized cr�pes�or each can be prepared and served piecemeal.

Spread the warmed Nutella on half the cr�pe, and fold it into two. Then spread on more Nutella (optional) and fold the cr�pe twice more into a wedge shape.

The cr�pes may be served on a plate or eaten more informally.
