| Nothing great, just a simple plate. But might be useful for newbies to learn some tools & work-flow. Should be easy to alter the shape to however you want it. |

| This will be a basic over-view only, I won't get into giving specific values (i.e Extract Region to 0.5 etc..) Shape the plate however you want.. |

| [1] start with a cylinder scaled down along Y, and select the two circular top and bottom faces | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Finished, now you can just smooth the whole object once or twice (suggest you save this "cage" version before you do though) and should have on ok looking plate.
