I think they're all idiots, prancing around in miniskirts and blatantly displaying (other than their addiction to being belimic or anorexic) their hip bones and ribs - excuse me if I find that disgusting. I guess I can't rain judgement, the males of this generation obviously like the 'I'm a decomposing corpse can you see all my bones' look. I prefer to see these disturbing scenes in the context of shows like C.S.I., not pop videos sending out the message to kids and teenagers that you have to be a stick.
The way I interpret the video is that Pink thinks she's a real 'girl's girl' she probably thinks she's fat (because you can only count 50% of her ribs) and she's saying "hey little girls I'm fat, if you're fatter than me then you're bloody huge so be belimic, I even show you step by step how to do this in the video when I insert the end of a toothbrush down my throat, but I'm a punk I don't care about these other skinny girls."
It's disgusting. People have said it's a parody of other videos and a piss take but there is an underlying message that shouldn't be seen by impressionable young girls. Some people see celebrities like Paris Hilton and tear into her for being slim - she may be dumb but she's not hurting anybody, is she? Would people prefer her if she was the size of Michelle McManus? No they would just have a go because she was fat - can she bloody win?
When I was in school, I would have given anything to be size 10, and prettier than the other girls, because of the bloody sad case pop stars and T.V. stars obsessed with their weight, but now I don't care. I'm not fat, but I'm not a stick thin person. I'm heathy and happy and to be honest with you all Pink needs is a big dinner or for someone to shoot her, either or. That would make me happy.
Final thought in the video she wears a pair of hotpants that say's 'Say no to food' all I think is we should 'Say no to Pink' after all wouldn't the world be a lot nicer place if people stopped judging each other?
