I started Pet Brag in January 16, 2000. I made it after I got my first hamster, K.C. which I had no idea how to take care of. As I search though search engines, I noticed that there were a lot of websites with parent information and a place for them to interact but I didn't see anything about pets. Some of the websites had very little information so I had to keep going from site to site to look for the other questions that I needed answers to. I just didn't have the time to do that. That's when I started working on the site. It started as a webring with a place for a message board and a chat room only.The site grew out of the desire to create a place where any pet owner could share and find the information and services that was needed. Now, there is a place where you can find almost everything that you need at one site. My plans for this site is to continue to provide with as much information about the pet's and owner's needs and hopefully provide all the answers and support that pet owners need.
