No-Hitters
We've got a no-hitter! Not even two years removed from winning the 2004 APBA Cy Young, Brandon Webb has thrown APBA's first No-Hitter!  The no-no came against the Wallbangers.  Congrats to Brandon Webb!

Close Calls
Week 4 of 2006 almost saw back to back no-no's when Tim Hudson was one out away from the feat the game after Webb's. Figgins the figger got a single to break it up. Hudson got the next batter out to end the game. In week 6 Randy Johnson also was one out away from the feat when Michelle hit an RBI single.
In week 2 of the 2006 season, Derek Lowe of the Yankees had a no hitter going into the 8th inning when "Diamand" Jim Edmonds hit a single.  Lowe didnt allow another hit all game and finished with a one hit shutout.
In the 2005 season Jake Peavy took a no-hitter into the 8th inning for the Massacre.  Jose Vidro of the Comets spoiled the party with a single with one out in the 8th inning.  Jake Peavy did not surrender another hit in the game.  A one-hit gem.
Perfect Games
There are currently no pitchers that have ever pitched a perfect game in the Peshtigo APBA.  The closest for a perfect game was the Yankees Estaban Loaiza in 2004 who had a perfect game in the 8th inning when Manny Ramirez hit a single.  Loaiza finished the game only giving up two hits, the second to Craig's Cubs relief pitcher Guerilmo Mota.

Pettitte gave up a double to David Wright with one out in the 7th. That was the only hit or walk surrendered in the whole game.
