This site is oriented toward physicians' offices that might wish to review how to implement both Ubuntu Linux and the open source VistA Office EHR (Electronic Health Record) on a dual-boot Ubuntu Linux / Windows computer. The system would function in a small business network environment.

Since I began this site, I have gotten into more detail with Ubuntu/Kubuntu and now write both Ubuntuguide and Kubuntuguide. Please see these guides for extensive information on installing and using these operating systems.

I have also written the Wikipedia article on VistA, the electronic health record of the VA that is now used outside the VA as well (as WorldVistA).
