Episode 48 : The light of truth
A man preparing to shoot one of Sydney's students is killed by a mysterious assasin who turns out to be the body guard of his student , Prince Shareem. Shareem is looking for the light of truth a lamp that reveals the true nature to any one who holds it. Sydney refuses to help him so he ducks his body guard Yusef and hires relic hunter Frank Kafka to find it. Shareem's uncle Hosni wants Sydney to find it. Syd and Kafka have a history between them. Kafka blame's Sydney for the loss of his left hand. Sydney and Nigel head off after Shareem and Kafka plans to find the lamp and kill the prince. Kafka and Sydney duke it out and Kafka ends up falling into a deep pit. Syd then finds the lamp and Sharrem then uses it to test the loyalty of Yusef and Hosni , Yusef passses and Hosni is revealed to be a traitor. Satisfied Shareem gives the lamp to Sydney for the museum , but at the end of the episode we see that Kafka is still alive. |
