Short of stature, yet with a strong presence, Edaine a'Morell is a clear-complected woman with long dark hair, and a pair of appraising gray eyes. Her hair is tucked up in a neat twist at the back of her head, pinned with silver. Her dress is pale blue, with spills of frothy Cosille lace at the cuffs, with more embroidery in white silken thread upon her bodice and down her sleeves. A long chain of silver rings and small beads of moonstone is draped across her not inconsiderable bosom, with matching pieces at her ears. Around her waist is cinched a belt of purest white leather, hunt with a small poniard and a purse. Matching slippers of white shod her feet.

Looking into Edaine's face, you might indeed conclude that you face a young, lovely woman, but after a cursory inspection of her heart-shaped face, long elegant nose, and cursive lips, you would note some inner steel, some reserve of wisdom that no young woman could have acquired, and then you would note the smoothness and ageless quality of her appearance, and see that this woman is Aes Sedai.
