| We, Medical Technology students of University of Perpetual Help Medicine and Health Sciences, under the College of Medical Technology, invoking the patronage of our Lord Jesus Christ, in order to establish a student organization that will govern all Medical Technology students and avail ourselves achieving these under the freedom.
