| The Red Door, 1997 acrylic on canvas This painting started out with a red church door I saw in Atlanta. In the painting, the red door represents the door to higher consciousness. And the moon is the emotions, the eye; the 3rd eye and the planet is cosmic consciousness. There is a long winding path through life and when we get to that red door, we can evolve. |
