The rotary drill holes were an attempt to evaluate 25 to 30% of the total 1,900 plus acres available. The perlite is of good quality with an inground value of $676,200,000.00
Terms: 10% of the value = $67,620,000.00 with $25 million down;
Plus $1.00 per ton royalty with a minimum of $100,000.00 per year;
