Tasty Tuna-Egg Salad

(as originally observed from Lindsay L. while in Chicago, but I documented and modified it over the years)


Yield: 2 servings

2 eggs
1 can of tuna (drained)
1 large spoonful of mayonnaise (or mayo alternative, like Miracle Whip)
1/2 spoonful of relish
1/2 small apple (diced)
Optional ingredients: celery, onions, mustard, etc.

1. Hard-boil the eggs, peel the shells off, and mash them up.
2. Combine with the rest of the ingredients.
