Skippy smoothie
(from a pamphlet of Skippy recipes and fun facts)
Yield: 1 large glass or 2 smaller glasses
2 bananas
100 ml (2/5 cup) Skippy Extra Smooth Peanut Butter
250 ml (1 cup) milk
2 Weetbix, crushed
25 ml honey
1. In a liquidiser, combine the bananas, Skippy Peanut Butter, milk, Weetbix, and honey.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into tall glasses and drizzle with honey.
