Peanut Poppers
(from my housemate's friend's cookbook)
Yield: About 22 small-ish poppers (balls)
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup non-fat dry milk
3/4 cup quick oats
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Chill.
3. Shape into balls and roll in coconut or ground nuts.
