Irish Soda Bread from Ireland

Yield: 1 loaf

Generous 1 1/2 cups white bread flour
Generous 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (flour total should come to about 3 1/4 cups)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups buttermilk

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Blend dry ingredients together.
3. Mix in enough buttermilk to make a bread-like consistency.
4. Bake in PAMed or greased bread pan for about 35-40 minutes (test with cake tester).
