Chocolate Ice Cream

(from a Moir's product)


Yield: 4 servings

1 90g packet Moir's Chocolate Instant Pudding
125ml cream
325ml fresh milk

1. Pour cream and milk into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the instant pudding.
3. Beat together until smooth, approximately 1 minute.
4. Pour into a suitable freezing dish and free until firm (approximately 5 hours).
