This tutorial is for making ranibow swirl effects. First of all choose the pic you want to change, the colours and effect depend on what colour your pic is. You can use this effect on any image as long as it isn't black or white, including text and pet pictures.

Then choose the hue button which should look abit like this..

And now change the settings to this...


Now draw with the Hue tool on your picture, different effects are made with different techniques. For example drawing in small circles will create a radiating spiral effect.
