Performance Dynamics, Inc. conducts research through web based and point of sale surveys. Analyzes the data and creates usable information from which leaders can make decisions. We also lead various training sessions designed to facilitate the practical application of quality business principles that have proven to be successful when applied strategically. Each session builds on knowledge and skills gained in "real world" settings. Our specialists use an activity-based approach to all sessions as we believe people learn best through being challenged and having fun. We place the participants in situations designed to elicit patterns of behavior that can be processed in light of the context of the session. People learn best by doing. Skillful processing allows the self-discovery that begins the learning through self awareness to enable individuals and teams to choose new behaviors to get their desired results. The activity-based workshops allow the participants to explore the concepts of change, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and customer focus in a diverse culture. |
