LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read carefully the following license agreement. This agreement
is a binding legal agreement between the Perfect Dating Services Client software developer
and the users of Perfect Dating Services Client software. Installation of this software or
parts of this software implies your full acceptance of the terms of this license agreement.

TERMS OF USAGE

You are hereby licensed to use this software for
non-commercial or educational purposes. You agree not
to modify or reverse engineer the software or the XXP file format.

You are granted as an individual, a personal, nonexclusive license
to make and use 2 copies of the Perfect Dating Services Client software for the purpose
of viewing and editing XXP-Profiles.

You are not allowed to create any new XXP-Profiles using the XXP file format.

DISTRIBUTION

You may not resell, or otherwise transfer for value, the Perfect Dating Services Client software.
This software may be distributed freely, provided that:

1.)Such distribution includes only the original archive.
2.)You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive.
3.) The person receiving the software must not be charged.

DISCLAIMER

This software and any accompanying files are provided "as is" without
warranties to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether
expressed or implied. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively
to product replacement or refund of purchase price.
