The screams of the small blond woman were heard all down the white corridor, and probably in the next building too, as she was wheeled down by several doctors and a worried looking man with dark hair. "I hate you Darien Lord! How could you do this to me- ahhhh!!" she squeezed Dariens hand again as he winced. "Don't worry sir." Said one nurse, smiling slightly. "They're always like this." Darien gave her a watery smile before turning his attention back to his screaming wife. They wheeled her into a nearby room and Darien smoothed her hair back of her sweaty face. "Don't worry honey, it'll be okay." He soothed, as Serena's face scrunched up in pain. Opening one eye to glare at her husband, she proceeded to grip his hand even tighter. Darien winced again. After taking up permanent residence in Tokyo, and opening a branch of his business, Millennium Enterprises, there, Serena and himself had come back over for thanksgiving. However, all did not go as planned, as Darien found himself driving his screaming, pregnant wife into hospital, only a few hours after they arrived at his parents house. Another bout of yelling bought Darien out of his musing, and he started to panic. Backing away, and trying to get his hand out of Serena's death grip, Darien was stopped by a nurse/midwife. "And where do you think you're going?" she asked, her eyes twinkling. "Ah.. I don't feel so well, I think I'll-" 'Don't you DARE leave me Darien Lord! Come back here- Ahhh!" she broke off and started screaming again. Darien fainted. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> "Sir, sir..." The sound of someones voice brought Darien back to reality. Groggily opening his eyes, the face of a nurse stared back at him. "Sir, you have a new daughter!" she beamed. Scrambling up out of his seat, Darien hurried back into the room. Stopping in the doorway, Darien almost gasped at the beautiful sight before him. Serena was in bed, golden locks all over the pillows, creating a golden background. In her arms, Serena held a new born baby girl. "Serena." Walking quickly over to his wife and sleeping daughter, Darien sat down on the bed next to them. "Look Darien!" she whispered. "Our new baby girl! Isn't she beautiful?" "Yes." He replied, kissing her head. "She takes after her mother." Serena smiled at him, "I hear you fainted." She said. Darien managed to look slightly embarrassed. "Yes, well, ah..." "It's alright, Mrs Lord." Said a nurse, coming towards them. "Many a husband before Mr Lord have fainted while his wife does all the hard work!" Just then, a group of people that looked like they had just robbed a flower shop entered the room. "Serena!" Serena was smothered in hugs, kisses and congratulations as her friends and family poured into her room. Ilene Darling quickly snatched the child away, holding her knew granddaughter tightly in her arms. "Oh Serena! She's gorgeous." She cooed, rocking the baby gently. "What's her name, Serena?" asked Amy, placing the array of flowers on the dresser. "Oh!" exclaimed Serena, clapping a dainty hand over he mouth. "What *are* we going to call her Darien?" "How about..." Raye pondered it quietly. "Rita." Said Andrew, looking into his fiancée's eyes adoringly. "Ugh. Those to make me sick." Said Raye, making a face at the happy couple. Mina giggled. "We feel the same way about you and Chad. When are you two getting engaged anyway?" Raye blushed. "None of your business miss 'Matchmaker Extrodinare'." "How about, Rini." Said Serena thoughtfully, tugging on a lock of hair. Darien cocked his head to the side, looking at his daughter thoughtfully. "I like it." He said finally, taking the newly christened Rini into his arms. "What do you think?" he asked the child. Rini opened an eye carefully and just gurgled happily in her fathers arms. "Good." He said, handing her back into Serena's outstretched arms. "Alright, said the nurse, bustling into the room. "Mother and child need their sleep!" Shooing everyone out of the room, the nurse then turned to Darien. "You" she said. "Sit." She pointed to a vacant chair. Peeking into his wife's room quickly before the cranky nurse scolded him, Darien sighed happily. Finally everything was right. His family was happy, his friends were happy, and his business was booming. At last, Darien felt completed. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> Okay, okay, a bit of not-so-good ending.
