"Why couldn't you have transported us to the top Elios?" Jedeite complained as they started to climb. "Sorry, my aim was a little off." Elios sighed. About twenty minutes later they reached the top and Serenity turned around and gasped. The Darkness was right on their tails, the foreboding bubble flashing with lightening. "Wow, we're so high up." She breathed as the wind tossled her slightly messed hair. "Common, the chamber is in here!" Elios motioned, disappearing into a small passageway. They entered the room and found a small pool in the middle, the room being cut out in a circle. To their left was a small platform with four pillars. In each pillar a indent was made, one of a triangle, another a circle, a diamond and the last a square. Avanla went through her bag and pulled out each stone, placing them in their designated places. She walked back and they stood there for awhile, just watching the stones. Kunzite shook his head, mumbling something about forgetting to tell his mother that he loved her. "We're doomed." Avanla sighed, sulking down to the floor. She put her head in her hands and shook her head. "I can't believe this! All that hard work we went through...and we can't even do anything without the Keeper." Suddenly a force rocked the moutain and they all lost their balance. Everyone raced outside to see The Darkness had grown much larger and was at the foot of the mountain. "We are definetly doomed." Zoisite agreed, shaking his head. Serenity bowed her head and walked back into the cave, no one noticing she was gone, everyone besides Kunzite. She walked infront of the pillars and stared at them. Kunzite came from behind her and even though she knew he was there did not acknowledge his prescense. "It's sad isn't it? We've built a perfect world around us, and now it's coming crashing down. All our work, everything King Terran worked for...how my young prince will never get to rule...how you'll never really get to live." She turned around at this and faced his brilliant clear, blue eyes. "What do you mean by that general?" She asked. He smiled at her and walked to her side. "I know of you princess, and how your mother has locked you up in that tower all your life, sheltering you from the harsh world around you. I can understand why she has, considering you are the heiress to this solar system and the most powerful crystal in the universe. But a child should never be robbed of her youth." Kunzite answered and Serenity bowed her head and closed her eyes, the circular walls of the tower burrowing into her mind. "I'm sorry you'll never live." She looked up at him and smiled, then gave him a quick hug. "I think you're my favorite gerenal, Kunzite." She said and he smiled. Serenity sighed and walked up to the stones, going down the row and brushing her hand over each one. "Just because we're missing on peice of a puzzle...." Suddenly the stones began to burn bright in their natural colors, lights of blue, red, green and yellow filling the room and going out the small entrance. The group turned around and stared at the lights before Endymion rushed in, followed by everyone else. "What happened?" Elios asked. "I don't know!" Serenity shook her head. "I just touched the stones and they started to glow!" Suddenly the lights erupted, lighting each column their designated color. The tops opened up and fire came from the first one. It melted away to reveal a woman, her arms crossed over her chest, her head down. Her hair was red and moved on its own like the flame on a fire. Her skin was as pale as the moon, and a light red dress clung to her form. She lifted her head up and opened her eyes. They glowed red, fire coming from them like waves on the sea. They next pillar shot water from its top and fell, to reveal another woman. Her hands cupped her pale face, her long blue dress flowing behind her, mixing with the waves of her long blue hair. It flowed down her body like a river, small coral objects floating in it. Her eyes were the same as the first, but shinned with a blue light. A pink flower sprouted from the third and the petals fell away to reveal another woman, her creamy arms extended above her head. Her green hair cascaded down her body, small flowers and butterflies strewn through it. Her green dress was made of a mid drift and a long skirt. She turned to them, her green eyes opening, sending a flash through the room. The top of the next one exploded into a thunderous wind, traveling up to form a tornado. It faded back into the pillar to reveal a shinning woman with wind swept golden hair flying about her head. Her hands were outstretched like she ways flying and in a way she was. Her feet were inches from the pillar's top, her golden dress falling behind her. Her golden, flamming eyes looked upon Endymion with intrigue. They all floated down to the pillars and let their lights dim around them. They stood in all their glory, shinning upon the stunned people. Elios turned around and smiled at Serenity. "You are her, the Keeper of Life." He said and her eyes widened, as did everyone else's. "We are the Elements." They said in unison. "Of fire." "Water." "Earth." "And Wind." The golden one finished, and looked to Serenity. "And you are our the fifth. In order to save this world, we will need your help, and your gift." They all looked up and their powers egnited again and shot up into the ceiling, disintegrating the mountain above them so they stood on the top of the moutain, looking at The Darkness that had surrounded Zion Hill. It moved and reared up into the sky, moaning angrily at the group. Suddenly it shot a bolt of lightening at the group, hitting the ground next to Serenity. She was knocked unconscious by the bolt and the earth gave way, sending her off the edge. "SERENITY!" Endymion screamed as he watched her plumiting to her doom. He watched in horror, pulling at his hair. Suddenly an urge to dive after filled him and being a man to follow his instincts, did that very thing. "ENDYMION!!!" Avanla screamed, shocked. Endymion nose dived down to her and shut his eyes tightly, praying softly. Suddenly the back of his shirt ripped and bright ten foot long golden wings sprouted from his back. He opened his eyes and looked at his wings before smiling, pushing himself closer to Serenity. He flew down to her and grabbed onto her waist, pulling on the brakes. "Oh my..." Avanla breathed, staring at his wings. "What a bounty you could get for those..." Jedeite said and Avanla elbowed him. "Ouch." "I forgot that he was part Lunarian." Kunzite said, shaking his head. A sudden wind picked up as Endymion lifted himself up from the edge, his mighty wings flapping. In his arms he craddled an unconscious Serenity. The Darkness built up around them and the Elements formed a circle and Endymion walked in the center, placing Sernenity down to the ground. He touched her face and gently shook her. "Serenity, Serenity please wake up." He begged. Her eyes slowly opened and she moaned, shaking her head. He helped her stand up and looked around to see that the Elements had their hands outstretched to Serenity, their powers engulfing them. "Serenity, I need you to work your magic now." The Darkness swirled around them angrily, building up. A face lifted from The Darkness, consisting of a mouth, and haunting red eyes. "Fire!" "Water!" "Earth!" "Wind!" Serenity lifted her hands up into the air, never taking her gaze off of Endymion. Her crescent moon began to glow brightly, a small smile came to her lips. She exploded in a silver burning light. The Elements shot their power towards her and she screamed in pain but was soon silence, as Endymion pressed his lips onto hers. His arms snaked up hers and joined them in the air. Their wings sprouted from their backs and wrapped around each other, silver, red, blue, green and yellow lights swirling around them. The Elements continued to feed her energy and the whirlwind of power exploded, reaching up into The Darkness. It moaned, retaliating. "We must help them!" Avanla shouted, throwing her power into the stream of power. The others reached out their hands, their own powers melting into the Element's. Endymion began to glow gold and his power joined with the others. Orinda appeared behind them, a legion of Phoenixes behind her. She shot red light into the power and the Phoenixes attacked The Darkness. Down from below the Amazons shot their fiery orange arrows. The power grew larger and larger and Serenity broke away from Endymion and smile sadly, then looked up into the sky at The Darkness. Her crescent moon burned even more brightly, causing Endymion to look away. "Goodbye Endymion, my love.." He heard her whisper. "Serenity?" He asked unsure. But she didn't answer, only shouted, "LIFE!" A blinding silver light shot up and around them and Endymion blacked out, but not before hearing the anguished scream of The Darkness..and the one of his lover. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ It's done! I hope you enjoyed this--no I'm just joking! hehe, seeing if you were awake! Sorry, I'll go away now! *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Endymion moaned, opening his eyes slowly then blinked. And blinked again. His brows narrowed as he sat up straight from his sideways laying posistion. He looked around his surroundings with confusion. Now you might be thinking, what could be more confusing than being in the land of Elysian? Try NOT being in the land of Elysian anymore. "What is going on?" Endymion asked no one in particular as he got off the park bench. He walked around in Central Park and looked up the sky to see it was its normal blue color. He dropped his eyes to the small lake and then up to the hill were The Castle was located. A determined look crossed his face as his sprinted in that direction. He came up to the entrance and stopped to catch his breath for a moment before continuing on. He ran through the hallways and came upon the huge golden doors. He wrenched them open and ran up to the mirror, effectively running into its hard surface and bouncing back to the ground. He swore and grabbed his head. "OUCH!" He stumbled back up and ran his hands over the smooth surface, his brow creasing once again. "What's going on? ELIOS! AVANLA!....SERENITY!?" He pounded against the glass frustrated, tears threatening to come to his eyes. What happened to them? What happened to Elysian? And why the heck was he back here?! What had happened to..to Serenity? Ten minutes later he emerged from The Castle, stumbling slightly. He fell to the ground and sat crosslegged, rubbing his eyes with the palms of his hands. He moaned, shaking his head. Suddenly a hand came down on his shoulders and he looked up. The sun cast a shadow on the female form but the eyes shined pure and true; beautiful blue and sparkling with life. "..Sere..Serenity?" He asked, confused. She smiled down at him, her smiling breaking through the shadow. "Hello Endymion." Endymion broke into a smile and raced up, taking her into his arms. "Serenity!" He shouted relieved, picking her up and twirling around once. She laughed, wrapping her arms around his neck. "I thought you were dead! What happened, what's going on?" "Well, we sucessfully defeated The Darkness and Elysian and the Earth joined back together again. You were sent here to make a choice. You can either stay here and live your normal life, forgetting about all that's happened. Or you can come back to Elysian and assume your rightful place as king of Elysian and the Earth. So what's your choice going to be?" Serenity stepped back and bit her lip nervously. Endymion smiled at her, wrapping his arms around her slim waist. He kissed her sweetly, getting a giggle from her. She wrapped her arms around his neck again and kissed him, their passion unwinding. They broke and she smiled. "So I guess that means you choose the latter?" She said and he laughed. "You got it sweetheart. I could never go back to the live I had, knowing I'd leave everything wonderful behind...and leave you behind. My soulmate." He smiled, kissing her again. Their wings sprouted from their backs and up into the sky they went, soaring past the clouds. They broke away and smiled at each other, Endymion running his hand down her smooth cheek. "Let's go home Endy." She said finally and he nodded. "Home. Yes, let's go home." He said and they kissed, disappearing in a flash of gold and silver, back to their land of fulfilled dreams... *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Well it's done folks!
