It is hard to believe that I have been teaching fore seven years.  Some of those years have been great and others have been challenging.  In either case I have enjoyed teaching and I look forward to going to work everyday.
	Each year I continue to gain more knowledge in the field of education. This year I learned that what worked last year with a group of students may not always work with another group of students.  Sounds like common knowledge yet it happens.  Sometimes it is necessary to take a different approach to a lesson to reach all of the students, well at least most of them.
	After many years I decided to come back to school and continue my education.  My primary focus is to be learn more effective strategies to work with students that seem to be struggling in school, mainly in reading.
