As a VP of PERECOM, Mr Joven holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Master Degree in Accountancy (MAC). He works in Central Bank of the Philippines for 18 years and con currently university professor of De la Salle University and Letran College. Also perform as a dynamic sales representative for the company, Mr. Joven eagerly helps our existing customers and prospects with their purchases of additional products or services and sets up and performs software product demonstrations.

Francis oversees the development division. His main task is creating our new program on a new platform. This new technology platform is intended to meet the needs of our clients. Francis is an experienced programmer. He also obtained Microsoft MCSA and MCP certificates.
