It not acceptable for a brother to marry his deceased brother's fiancé because that his mother wife to be. that it just wrong. I think it not acceptable because I wouldn't like that to marry my husband to be brother.
It is not wise to keep the truth away from the mother that her son is dead and let her continue hoping, because she would be thinking that her son is going to get better when he is already dead. If I had a situation like this with one of my family member I would tell them instead of hiding a secret like that away form them. It will the person but at least they know the truth..
