Nyanksekhmet
An inscription from the tomb of a doctor, from the time of the fifth Dynasty King Sahure, outlining the gift of a false door from the king to the doctor, Nyankhsekhmet, which was a very great honour. By emphasising this honour, and the power of the king, Nyankhsekhmet is emphasising his own importance.

The chief physician, Nyankhsekhmet, spoke before the king; "May your divine person, who is beloved of Re, issue a divine command, that there be given to me a false door of limestone for that, my tomb of the necropolis."
Then his majesty caused there to be brought to him two false doors from Tura of limestone and to be laid inside the audience chamber of "the wrrt crown of Sahure shines in splendour." The two chief controllers of the craftsmen of the pure place and a body of craftsmen were assigned to them, so the stonework might be done on them in the presence of the king every day. There was an inspection of what was done on them in the court daily, and then his majesty caused that there be established assistants on them and they were painted in blue.
Then his majesty said to his chief physician, Nyanksekhmet: "As surely as my nose is healthy, the one who the gods love, may you depart to the necropolis in great old age as one who is revered."
Give glory to the king greatly and praise every god for Sahure, for he knows the entire following. Now as for anything which goes forth from the mouth of his majesty, it immediately happens, for the god has given to him perception in his body for he is more august than any god.
Do you love Re? Then you shall praise every god for Sahure, who did this for me. I am his revered one. Never did I do any evil against any person.
