Nice picture huh? lol anyways there are 3 fatal fury movies in all, A motion picture and 2 OAV's this is one of themI haven't had the good fortune to find the other one. Anyways this OAV is basically the history of the Bogard Brothers it tells about their past and thier first real fight. It also has Terrys first love Lilly.and the first appearance of Joe Higashi. Though Mai Shiranui isn't in this OAV its still really good.the animation kinda reminds me of street fighter IIV though.
This anime is pretty messed, there are men inwomans body (re-incarnations) that isn't even explained, there is like another planet or demension all with a weird religion and its all based on one boy and his power to fight and protect his world, He is protected and guided by a small thing (I dunno if its a boy or a girl) named Tsukinojo and its about sword fights and a weird gay couple with lightning hammers, lol I've only seen it once and Ii think that was good enough for me
When I first found out about FY it wasn't really anything but good music videos for me, but since this summer started I have come to own the entire series and I watched the who thing when I was hung over lol. Fushigi Yuugi is about 2 friends who discover a book in a secret part of the library. the book had amazing powers and cast the two friends as characters in the book,the two friends became rivals and didn't resolve their differences until WAAAAAAAAAAAAY after it seemed it was too late. Fushigi Yuugi has great animated characters and a great story,the episodes are imaginative and fast paced the music and voices fit perfectley with each character. Subtitled or Dubbed this anime gets 5 stars
When I made a copy of this movie for myself I was sure it wasn't ever going to get on DVD anytime soon, boy was I wrong. AfterI bought the DVD I realised that some things are better not to be touched by dubbing companys the dubbing is weird I think and I really prefer the subtitles and originaljapanese dialoge. But anyways the movie of Escaflowne is almost like the series Hitomi still goes to Gaia but this time she is the Subasa no Kami (Goddess of Wings) she si smeant to be the savior of Vahn's World and it takes a while for her to come to terms with the fact that it has always been her destiny to go to Gaia. the music is great, the animation is amazing and the characters are still likable, Even though it looks like Millerna got attacked by some kind of Fashion Magazine
I've only seen a few episodes of this anime but they are so good, (But I do hate that pink girls hair yeuch) lol The anime has almost a modern sense to it, I'm not entirely sure of the story line its kinda like a human robot thing with secret companys and uncovered pasts. The anime is a funny as hell and the characters are extremly likable it has its slow moments but hey all anime has those. The music is awesome especially the opening which has superior animation, the ending song is hilariously cute and there are jokes that bring you right back to dragon half drama!
