On December 20, 2002, my Mommy filed her Dossier paperwork with Frank Adoption Center in Maryland. They told her that they would help her find the baby that was meant to be hers. However, Frank Adoption Center told Mommy that it might take several months to find the right baby and that she should be prepared to wait.
On January 17, 2003, Frank Adoption Center called my Mommy to tell her that they had the perfect baby for her! Mommy was surprised, but I knew that I had been waiting for her all along.
Mommy and Auntie Jan came to see me on January 30, 2003 and we finally came home on March 1, 2003.
I love my family (Pepsi included) and am growing every day. I'm walking everywhere, cutting teeth like crazy and will be talking soon!

I lived in Samara, Russia in Baby House #1. The people there were very nice, but I was sure that there was a Forever Family out there for me.
My Mommy (and Auntie Jan) came to Russia in January. I've been in California since March 1st - and I love it here!

On January 17th, Mommy was working at home and got a call from Frank Adoption Center. They said they had the perfect baby for her! This picture was taken of me in December 2002, and was the first time Mommy got to see what I looked like. |

My Mommy made her first trip to Russia on January 27th. I got to meet my Mommy on January 30th and it was the best day of my life! (Oh, Auntie Jan was there, too!) |

Mommy made her second trip to Russia on February 21st. I got to see her again on February 24th. (Auntie Jan was on this trip, too!) |

Mommy went to court on February 25th, and we became a family forever.
It was really cold in Russia. I couldn't wait to get to my new home and get out of my snow suit! |

I loved Mommy immediately. She and I snuggled and I knew I was meant to be hers! |

Mommy fed me for the first time at the Samara Airport. I was really anxious to get home, but I was also hungry and tired! |

After we left Samara, we stayed several days in Moscow. We had some paperwork to resolve and then they said we could go home!
At 7am on March 1, 2003, I started the long journey home. I'm very happy in my new home and love my new family! |
