Here the mission statement built at www.franklincovey.com:

To find happiness, fulfillment, and value in living I will:
LEAD a life centered around the principles of integrity, growth, empowerment, and excellence.
REMEMBER

what's important in life is development of talents, personal growth, free time, family, spiritual fulfillment and good health.

REVERE admirable characteristics in others, such as being ambitious, compassionate, enthusiastic, trustworthy, organized, and balanced, and attempt to implement similar characteristics in my own life.
RECOGNIZE my strengths and develop talents as a person who is adaptable, imaginative, kind, sincere, a teacher, and artistic.
HUMBLE myself by acknowledging that I can be disorganized, procrastinator, and reactive and by constantly striving to transform my weaknesses into strengths.
ENVISION myself becoming a person who:
Kathy Hall thinks is caring, helpful, and intelligent
Janet Pozzi thinks is committed, sensitive, and enthusiastic
Ember Trimble thinks is giving, compassionate, and faithful
Dennis thinks is creative, talented, and caring
PERSONAL MISSON STATEMENT

I will live my life knowing that God is calling me to slow down and value the relationships I have.

For the first time in my life I am developing a personal misson statement so that I can be reminded to be proactive and no longer live by crisis management. My priorities have been shaped out of several years of fast paced, stressful living..

I will value my husband and all that he offers by setting quality time aside for him and sacrifice at times to enjoy with him the things he holds dearly. I will treat him with kindness and choose not react. I will take time to listen to him and understand him by seeking first to understand rather than to be understood.

I will value my family which consists of my in-laws. I will set aside time to assist my mother-in-law and grandmother at least twice a month. I wil begin to reconnect and show how much I care about them.

I will live knowing that my body is created by God and does it's best with exercise, consistent medication and eight hours of sleep a night so that I feel my best. I all make good choices for my body knowing that if I mess up there is forgiveness for me too. I want to have children and live out life with my husband

Learning comes best encompassed by passion and drive. Hands on learning and discussion of ideas and feeling help me to learn new things

I will take time to unwind and enjoy my doggies by training and playing with them. I will set aside times for quiet reflections in God's word and in Prayer.

Quotes:

"He has told you, O man, what is good ; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justice, to love kindness , And to walk humbly with your God ? Micah 6:8

"39 Her sister, Mary, sat at the Lord's feet, listening to what he taught. 40 But Martha was worrying over the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, "Lord, doesn't it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me." 41 But the Lord said to her, "My dear Martha, you are so upset over all these details! 42 There is really only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it – and I won't take it away from her. Luke 10: 39-42"

MY ROLES
Wife Educator Breeder Leader Friend Mentor
Scenarios

Leader: As a founding officer of a dog club, I help give it direction, vision and facilitate it's movment.I meet online and face to face with an opposing group of dog club people who are divided over their ideas of their breed because of personality conflicts and philosophies.

I proactively work to first forgive and model responses that are Christ-like and full of integrity. I look for opportunities to seek out officers and members of the opposing club. I actively seek to understand the different philosophies and creatively find a way to make a bridge for a win/win situation.

Mentor/Educator: I meet bimonthly with a woman from Santa Cruz to help her learn more about webpage building
Wife: Husband is stressed about his job at Cisco, and I take time to listen and seek to understand. I called and made reservations at his favorite restaurant and drove us to it while I listen and respond to him.
Friend: I take time listen and understand where my friend is at. When she is hurting, I try to physically and spiritually assist her. When she is in need, I give of myself and finances to help her.
Breeder/Mentor/Educators: I take seminars to learn about the training, care and movement of a show dog. I actively take contained classes to advance my knowledge of dogs. I meet bi-monthy with a woman to share with her what I have learned for her dog breeding/grooming and showing program. I make myself available to help her when she needs it. I often spend time in my daily routine at least educating or helping people or breeders who contact me for assistance. I help "Novice" breeders to evaluate and understand their dogs.
