This Nodes page aims to, 

• Give our readers an ample perspective of that which is happening in this world of political, social, environmental, and cultural activism.
• To correct one of the most common deficiencies found in conventional knowledge, the political discourse of the right and, startlingly sometimes,  in left-wing activism: lack of knowledge or worse yet lack of interest about that otherness that is the rest of us.
• Make known that people out there are struggling for a better society. One that is engaged politically, democratic and participatory, inclusive, egalitarian; engaging in solidarity that otherness in a healing planet, where respect for the diversity of peoples is the norm.
