Doro Wot is a favorite dish of mine but you have to serve it on the delicious Injera to get the full effect. Seattle has some great Ethiopian restaurants on Cherry St.
right off of Capital Hill. My favorite is Assimba.

This is my attempt at trying to recreate Uyghur cuisine with Uzbek recipes, they are similar but not the same...I learned of Uyghur cuisine in Beijing and Xinjiang
(Northwestern China). The long noodles with lamb, tomatoes, and onions were sooo delicious.
