"Venning Hall", home to Penzance Madron Scout Group, can be found in the village of Heamoor. From Penzance, head towards the villages of Heamoor and Madron. Go past the Fire Station and the Cemetry and continue until the round-a-bout. Take the 3rd exit (in effect, straight on) and carry on for about 1/4 mile. Go past the "Old School" on your right and watch out for the "Sportsman's Arms" public house on your right at the cross-roads. Here, turn right and head down the road. Go past the Post Office on the left and "Warrens" bakery on your right and continue for another 50 yards/ 65 metres. On your left is a "Royal British Legion" and our Scout Hall is behind this. You can see it from the main road. If you get to the "Londis" shop, you have missed it ! |
