Take the B3311 (Back Road) from Penzance to St Ives. Go through Gulval, through Badgers Cross, through Castle Gate, through Nancledra. Head up the steep hill after Nancledra and at the top of the hill follow the road around a sharp left hand bend. About 100 Metres after this bend take the right turn, signposted "Trencrom". (If you get to "The Engine Inn" pub you've gone too far) Follow this road for about 2 miles - don't turn off! Eventually you will come to an area more densely wooded with large pine trees. When you reach this point keep you eye on the left hand side. Our camp site is below these large pine trees, it's a small area of grass with portacabins in the far left hand corner. |
