Go through Lelant, and head into Carbis Bay. Go past St Eia Church on your left, past the little shope on a double bend and head towards St Ives on the A3074. Go past the "Tesco" supermarket round-a-bout and continue. Go past Wheal Venture Road on the left and take the next left turn - "Higher Tregenna Road". Immediately turn off to your left once you have entered this road and head up steeple Lane. This road gets quite narrow so beware!! Keep going up this lane for about 2 miles. You will come to a lay-by on your left for "Knills Monument" (The Steeple). The entrace to Steeple Woods is opposite this lay-by. |
