I have written several essays about Daniel Amos. Although none of
them are Pulitzer Prize winners, I'm sure that you'll enjoy them.
I have written my own "DA Story," in which I discuss my discovery of Daniel
Amos all of those years ago, and how their music has affected my life.
I have also included a paper that I wrote back in 1988 in which I compared
the works of Daniel Amos and Emily Dickinson. Links for these two

I also have two other things that I'm working on, and I'm hoping to include
them soon. I would like to write an essay about A Briefing for
the Ascent, one of the few contemporary works that I consider to be
sacred. I want to discuss what this album has meant to me, and how
it has helped me through some very difficult times. I would
also like to begin working on a history of the group, although this will
be a rather extensive project.
