 AFFIDAVITS IN SUPPORT OF APPLICATION  FOR CUSTODY OF (CHILDREN) IN FAVOUR TO (THE PENTZES)

 Dr. Ian White, MD   Invermere, BC    Family Doctor    States that Mrs. Pentz was on tricyclic antidepressants to treat painful fibromyalgic syndrome. 

Drugs caused personality changes instigating some marital stress.  Upon discontinuation of drugs, conflicts were resolved. 

Marital strife was never longstanding or of continued concern.   No records indicate that Mrs. Pentz suffered from anorexia. 

Includes copy of product monograph for Surmontil (tricyclic drug Mrs. Pentz was taking at that time).

Kathy Moleschi   Salmon Arm, BC      Known & interacted w/Pentzes, 1977 - 1984 Never saw or heard abuse.
