CRIES FOR HELP

Here is a comprehensive list of correspondence, appeals and hearings in the Pentz's bid for help.  It is not complete, but it does offer some insight as to how much, how often and from whom help was asked.  To be fair, most of the letters received by the Pentzes all express sympathy for their loss, although by 1999, some of the repeat writers begin to sound a little testy.
