| Well what can i say. My favourite actor of all time and im tryin not to use favouritism here... But all his films are great, even the awfull ones. Usually if i tell somone who he is they usually reply "Oh that guy, whats he called again?" "Aliens" is my favourite film of all time but its the only one with Michael in that is truly great, apart from maybe "The Rock". Born in 1956, Michaels first screen appearance was in Grease as a walk on extra. His first huge role was in James Camerons "Terminator" were he played the good guy, Kyle Reese, fighting against Arnold Swarzenegger. Michael also appears in "Terminator 2", but only in the uncut version. Next came 2 more Cameron films, "Aliens" with Sigourney Weaver, and "The Abyss" alongside Ed Harris. Both huge hits, it seemed Michael was going to be one of the stars of the 90s. Yeah right. Along with countless walk in parts and low budget sci fi/ drama flicks, Biehns career was ruined very quickly. Check out Command And Conquer Tiberian Sun (PC Computer Game) for evidence of how low somone can go (even thought he game was good and Michael was good in it). After "The Rock", "Navy Seals" and "The Art Of War", Michaels lead roles appeared to be over. He wasnt the lead man in any of them, only playing small parts that fans would enjoy but stil be dissapointed with. I only wonder why his career nosedived...yet cant wait to see him unexpectedly in a trailer when i go watch a movie at the cinema... It cant be over yet...theres still some space down here for more. |
