I created these tables by analyzing GDW's stats for every human conventional and binary firearms, which fire non-APHE rounds, and discovered an underlying pattern ( the resulting formula was used to create these tables). These tables also work for the Kafer small arms which fit the same criteria.
For pistol rounds, the following table indexes the caliber in millimeters ( left edge), with the DPV ( top edge), to give you the maximum muzzle velocity ( in meters/second) for that DPV.

Examples:
A 10mm revolver round, with a velocity of 360 m/s, does 0.3 DPV.
A 11.5mm pistol, which has a DPV of 0.5, will have a muzzle velocity somewhere between 400 and 440
The following table was created by analyzing the stats of the non-APHE conventional and binary rifle and machinegun rounds found in the 2300AD AG, Mission Arcturus, and the Aurore Sourcebook ( see end note).
It is a modification of the pistol table's formula, to take into account the differences in bullet design.

GDW picked muzzle velocities which were evenly divisible by 10, and close ( within 30 or so ) to the maximum velocity for that DPV.
