David Duchovny married tea leoni (pronounced TE-UHH). She is the star of “the naked truth”.. At first I thought “hey, at least he is happy” but then a problem happened. She works in LA he works 10 months in vancouver, BC. AND there my friends lies the problem. He is apart from his wife most of hte year. Now I feel for david when he says that he cant see his wife, and he really wants too. But I think the way he went about it is childish and shameful.
He went on countless TV shows, radio programs, and did several interviews saying that he is moving to LA after that season and if the show wants to follow he will do it but if not there wont be any x-files. why does that statement remind me of a kid saying “i’ll just take my toys somewhere elce and play”. Did david think about what Chris Carter and Co. would have to do. lets see.. here is a list
· chris would have to go to LA and scout out new locations.
· he would need new staff members
· and a whole bunch of other stuff I dont know about.
· and it would cost a bu-hundred dollars
Oh and lets not forget all of the people who would lose their jobs. Thats not too cool david. Why not move “the naked truth to vancouver.
On one show he said that he didn’t like the rain in Vancouver.. This started a huge anti-david duchovny feeling in vancouver. a local nude bar banned david and other xfiles staff members from visiting. david went on another show and said that he didn’t mean it in a wrong way. he just didn’t like all the rain. but im sure this insident still leaves some wrong feelings.
Well really what choice does Chris Carter have. Either move or no X-files ahh nooo. Besides The X files is FOX’s cash cow. I dunno.. but I would personally do anyting to keep the x files on the air.
