On the 50th .versary the small western town of Roswell, NM will be expecting about 100,000 x-philes, trekkies, UFOlogists, and alien fans to be crowding the town square and National UFO Museum. "It's gona be big" says owner of the old movie house turn alien extraviganza. With the "communion" style face of an alien now a popular cult sign. The festival might be bigger than the annual fish fry. One thing is for sure, the people that sell all the alien suckers, pensils, shirts, stress balls, calling cards, figures, mugs, and voltswagon bug. The money will sure be rolling in. If there is a time to believe in the life of aliens it is now.... maybe not.
On june 27, 1997 the United State Air Force set up a press confrence in the white house press room. They stated that the strange metal and supposed extraterrestial bodies were infact the intricate workings of a secret government experiment called project "mogul". They say that the metal recovered by the sheriff were parts of a reconicence weather balloon. They continue to say that the "alien" bodies were human dummies. Now the regular alien educated person would normally just dis-continue this as just another lie to keep the conspiracy going. (like i was ready and full wiliing to do). But one thing got to me, the fact that all the news reporters seemed to just take it as the truth by saying "the mystery of the roswell crash is now over". And after hearing about 5 different reporters say that my belief deminished. If the public hears the reporters just leave it be then they to will stop believeing.
So in light of the current situation, i encourage all believers to try to find loop-holes in the USAF's story. I feel kinda like mulder when he said "after all i have seen, all i have experianced i can't believe its not true" -- "Gethsemene"
