Past Relationships: Phoebe's boyfriends have included Roger who was a sailor, who she gave chickenpox to when he came to see her. She made a deal with Joey that if they both weren't married by the time they were 40 that they would get married. Although Phoebe has now married Mike, so her name has changed to Phoebe Buffay-Hannigan. I think we'll all agree that it's better then Princess Consuela Banana Hammock.
