Increases awareness of the need for and value of School  Age Child Care (SACC).
Promotes standards of quality in School Age Child Care (SACC).
Sustains a strong and diverse alliance of groups and individuals  with a vested interest in children's out of school time (OST).
Expands the statewide communications network.
Provides professional development and technical assistance.
