"Oh....my.....God," Dawn groaned as she rolled over on the floor. She lifted up her head and saw AJ sleeping next to her and D and Nicky huddled together on the coach.

What a night they had had last night. They didn't stop drinking until four in the morning. They had down about a dozen more body shots and Dawn thought that D and Nick were gonna go at it right there on the floor. She couldn't believe the chemistry between the two of them. Dawn just hoped that they could get along like that when they were sober. Dawn heard AJ moan next to her and lift up his head slightly.

"Ow," he grunted and laid it back down. "I think I'm dead."

"What time is it?" Dawn asked sitting up.

She grabbed a hold of her head as the room started spinning.

"It's seven o'clock," AJ mumbled, looking at his watch.

"I should go check on Arianna."

Dawn slowly got up, still holding her aching head, and went to check her daughter. Nick was just starting to stir.

"Holy shit, how much did we drink last night?" Nick whispered.

"Mmmmm," D groaned from where her head was nuzzled in his neck.

"I don't know....I lost count after that third body shot," AJ replied getting up. He immediately grabbed his head and almost lost his balance. "Whew...got up a little to fast. Easy, Bone, easy."
He plunked back down in the nearest chair.

"I think, after last night, it is official that I licked every single solitary inch of Dawn’s body," he announced.

"You mean, until last night, you hadn’t covered that?" Nick teased.

"Well, if I didn't, I sure have now," AJ chuckled.

D lifted up her head and was slightly surprised to see Nick laying underneath her. She smiled remembering their kiss after the first body shot.

"What are you smiling at?" Nick quietly asked touching the side of her face.

"I was just remembering that kiss," D answered, staring into his eyes.

Nick gave her a smile that made her insides melt. Just as he leaned up to kiss her Arianna came scurrying into the room.

"DADDY!!" She shouted, running to her father and jumping on him. Dawn had to laugh at AJ's expression of pain. Arianna's loud entrance scared D half to death and she fell off the couch and onto the floor. She lay there for a minute, moaning in pain.

"So is anyone up for some breakfast?" Dawn asked laughing at D laying on the floor.

"I'm always up for breakfast," Nick said getting off the couch and helping D up.

"We should go out somewhere, but I need to go home and change. Do you need a ride?"

"She can grab a shower here and I can give her something to wear," Dawn cut in.

"You don’t have to do that," D said.

"I don't mind".

"Okay then, as long as you're sure you don’t mind."

"Of course not," Dawn smiled. "I'll walk you out Nick."

Nick kissed D on the cheek and Dawn showed him to the door.

"I'm hitting the showers first," AJ told them as he headed up stairs.

Arianna followed right behind him.

"What ever happened to ladies first?" Dawn yelled to him, trying to grab her.

"I figured you guys would like to have a little girl talk about Nicky," he said, carrying Arianna back into the room and handing her to Dawn. "Daddy will be right back sweetie, he needs to take a shower, he’s all stinky," he said, giving his daughter a kiss on the forehead and Dawn a kiss on the lips.

Arianna looked at him and crunched up her nose.

"Daddy stinky?" She asked.

"Yep, stiiiiiiiinky!" AJ joked with the little girl.

They all laughed as AJ turned to head back up the stairs one more time.

"Besides, I've never seen ladies pack away as much alcohol as you two did last night. My God!!"

"Hell, you don’t even know how much we consumed before you guys even got here!!" D said, grabbing her head.

Dawn and D laughed and headed into the kitchen for some coffee.

"I had a lot of fun last night," D told Dawn as she made a pot of coffee.

"I did too. It’s been a while since I got plastered with one of my friends," Dawn smiled.

"That’s the first time I’ve gotten shit-faced with someone I just met," D laughed.

"So you and Nick are getting along nicely," Dawn smirked.

"Oh my, he’s so sweet. That kiss last night was so amazing!" D sighed.

"I couldn’t believe you guys were going at it like you were! You just met a few hours before that!"

"I know..it’s strange how you just click with someone."

"I saw you two almost kiss this morning too before Arianna came in." Dawn confessed.

"That little girl has the worst timing in the world! She scared the crap out of me!!"

Dawn burst out laughing when she remembered seeing her fall onto the floor.

"I’m glad that you and Nick are getting along so well," Dawn told her as she poured them each a cup of coffee.

"Yeah, Nick is the greatest. I’m really glad that I met him. I just hope he asks me out," D gushed as she sipped her coffee.

"Oh I’m sure Nicky will ask you out. He likes you a lot. I can tell." Dawn smiled at her.

She really liked D and was glad that AJ ran into her. It’s been a while since she’s had a female friend to talk to. Now that she knew that she liked Nick and didn’t want AJ she could relax and really get to know her.
