| How to set up Outlook on any computer in the Dermatology Department | ||||||
| 1. Login to a computer using your login and password 2. Double-click on Outlook icon or find it from the Start menu 3. A wizard will open - Click next for the first screen. 4. Click "Yes" for the next screen ("Would you like to configure an e-mail account?") 5. 3rd screen: choose Microsoft Exchange Server and click next 6. 4th screen: for Microsoft Exchange Server, type "uphsmbx6", for User Name, type the login you use to sign in to computers and e-mail Click "Check name" - Your login should convert to your name. Now hit next. 7. 5th screen: Click finish, and wait for folders to update. |

| Please note: Once you do this, anyone can get into your e-mail account by clicking Outlook if you leave a computer without logging out. Do not forget to log out of a computer when you are done using it. You must go through this set-up process once on each computer you use. Once you do this, the tasks, calendar, and other Outlook features will work from computer to computer. |
