| Reggie Ausmus started just three races in his brief career, all of them in California. Ausmus made his first start at Bay Meadows Speedway in San Mateo on August 19, 1956. Reggie, driving a '55 Chevy, finished 29th out of 37 cars. Ausmus departed the race early due to overheating. A year later, he started and finished 20th at Ascot Stadium in Los Angeles. Reggie notched his best career finish in his third and final start. After starting 15th at Capitol Speedway, Reggie powered his '56 Ford to a respectable 12th place finish. | |||
