Chocolate Cream Fudge
METHOD
1. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over hot water. Stir until melted
2. Remove bowl from pan and stir in cream and essence
3. Gradually work in icing sugar and mix well
4. Place in buttered 8" square tin and leave to set
5. Cut into required size
To add a mocha flavour add 4 teaspoons of instant coffee powder to the chocolate and butter in the bowl
