Mexican Chocolate


 

 

 

METHOD

1. Melt both types of chocolate together

2. Put milk and cinnamon stick into the pan and heat until bubbling, add melted chocolate, stirring briskly and allow to simmer for a few minutes, then remove the cinnamon stick

3. Add a sprinkle of ground cinnamon if required, whisk until frothy

4. Pour into cups and serve at once
